No security guard on duty regardless of the price increases!
Gate open 24/7 in a remote location
There is only someone in the office three days per week!
And apparently gets robbed all the time!
SO NO, NOT SECURE!
Our Stuff got ripped off and they don't give a damn!
THEY HAD ONE RESPONCIBLILTY
Furnish the security camera footage to the police!
They couldn't even do that!
Even though they said they know who did it!
I bet they do!
Heritage Self Storage irresponsible, and negligent!
Certainly not secure as advertised!
And this is how they treat a long-time customer!
I strongly recommend against Heritage Self Storage!
